Step 1
Collect your semen sample in the collection cup by ejaculating directly into it. Obtain your sample via manual stimulation without using any lubricants or lotions. Let the your sample sit for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Unscrew the transparent cap and white tip from the Sperm OK solution bottle. Stir the semen using the transfer tool (syringe) and draw a sample until it reaches the black line on the tool.
Step 3
Place the tool into the Sperm OK solution bottle and push the plunger to transfer the entire semen sample. Then, screw the cap back on the Sperm OK solution bottle and thoroughly mix the contents.
Step 4
