At twoplus Fertility, your fertility is our priority. Our comprehensive range of at-home fertility aids, tests, and supplements has helped countless couples around the world conceive in the comfort of their homes. 

 

CANCELLATION

twoplus Fertility's Products

Due to the personal nature of twoplus Fertility products, we do not accept returns once the goods have been shipped. Hence, cancellations are assessed strictly on a case-by-case basis.

twoplus Fertility does not accept cancellations if:

  • You have changed your mind after your order has been shipped. 
  • You over-ordered. 
  • You decided not to use the product after your purchase.   

For 5-Month Fertility Plan, we are confident in the effectiveness of our fertility products and the positive impact they can have on your journey to conception. To set you up for pregnancy success, no cancellation of the 5-Month Fertility Plan is allowed to ensure you stay committed to using our products for the full duration of five months.

 

REFUND & REPLACEMENT FOR FAULTY GOODS

twoplus Fertility only offers the refund or replacement of goods if they are found defective or damaged upon delivery, provided that such requests are raised to us within 6 months of receiving said goods. twoplus Fertility retains the right to reject such requests if they fall outside the 6-month window from the time the goods were delivered to you. 

twoplus Fertility reserves the right to request evidence to assess and confirm whether the defect or damage occurred upon delivery before proceeding with the refund or replacement. All refunds and replacements are subjected to approval on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the personal nature of twoplus Fertility’s products, we do not offer exchanges nor is there a need for you to return faulty goods after the purchase.

 

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND REPLACEMENT REQUESTS

To initiate a cancellation, refund, or replacement request, please email service@twoplusfertility.com. You will receive a form to be filled out. 

Once twoplus Fertility has received your form, you will be notified if your request is approved or not. If the cancellation, refund, or replacement is approved, twoplus Fertility will process the reimbursement using the same payment method employed by you for the initial transaction. Please understand that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
