Prior to taking this, I was actually on several different supplements and when I read about the ingredients in this, I was pleasantly surprised to find out how this is packed with everything I need to get my body ready. Folate acid was also included in the natural form as methylfolate vs synthetic folic acid.
This has definitely made life way more convenient and I can’t recommend this more!
First time taking something like this to boost chances of TTC since the months leading up to conception is vital in ensuring the right nutrients are in place to give fertility a boost. 3pills feels abit much to take but still is ok. Would be better if the formulation could fit into 2pills max. Have been taking for a month with no side effects, will recommend to those TTC for better outcome!
