Order & Delivery Information 

Delivery:

Standard Shipping orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after confirmation of your order. Express Shipping orders are delivered within 1 working day from order confirmation. 

The order cut-off time is 10:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be fulfilled the next working day.

Delivery hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  

You will receive an SMS or email from our logistics provider on the day of delivery.

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual during holiday seasons. Should there be additional delays to the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. low inventory supply), you will be notified through email.

 

Self pick-up:

Your order will typically be ready for collection within 1 business day. You'll receive two emails after purchasing: an order confirmation and a notification when your order is ready.

Free Shipping

Free shipping only applies to orders above S$120 in Singapore. Taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

Signing Your Delivery 

If you won’t be home, be sure to appoint someone to receive the order on your behalf. In the event of a failed delivery, our delivery partner will contact you and attempt another delivery.

Change of Delivery Address

To ensure your items are delivered to you as quickly as possible, orders are usually processed within 1 working day. Any changes made to your order after the order has been placed will be subjected to redelivery charges.

Order & Delivery Information 

Standard Shipping orders are processed and delivered within 4 to 11 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

• West Malaysia: 4-9 working days 
• East Malaysia: 5-11 working days 

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual during holiday seasons. Should there be additional delays to the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low inventory supply), you will be notified on the product page.

Delivery hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Once the parcel is out for delivery, you will receive an SMS notification with a tracking number from our logistics provider. 

 

No Free Shipping 

We currently do not offer free shipping for all orders. A flat shipping rate of MYR30 will be charged for every order.
