Meals for Fertility Terms & Conditions
Meal Vouchers
Meal Vouchers are available in two types for each variant of the Meals for Fertility so that our valued customers can continue to enjoy the current prices after the price increase in 2024:
- Meal Voucher (Weekly Plan): Once activated, you will continue to enjoy Meals for Fertility Weekly Plans at their current prices as long as you remain subscribed indefinitely.
- Meal Voucher (4-Week Plan): Once activated, you will enjoy Meals for Fertility 4-Week Plans at their current prices for the 4-week duration only.
Once the Meal Voucher is purchased, it can be activated immediately for next week’s meals or at any preferred timing in the future. To activate your Meal Voucher and enjoy the cost savings, please email service@twoplusfertility.com with your Order ID.
Upon activation of Meal Voucher (Weekly Plan), the first week of subscription will be free as the credits will be deducted from the value of your Meal Voucher. From the week thereafter, you will only pay for the original price of your Meals for Fertility plan, as long as you remain subscribed indefinitely to our Weekly Meal Plans.
Upon activation of Meal Voucher (4-Week Plan), you will enjoy 4 weeks worth of meals at no additional cost, as the credits will be deducted from the value of your Meal Voucher. Multiple vouchers can be purchased for added flexibility and savings.
The value of each variant of the Meal Voucher reflects the variant of the Meals for Fertility plan you subscribe to.
Due to the personalized nature of our meal plans, no cancellation is allowed for the purchase of our Meal Vouchers. All sales of our Meal Vouchers are final. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, medical conditions, or product dissatisfaction.
Please carefully review the product details of our Meal Vouchers before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction or adverse reactions related to personal preferences, allergies, or dietary restrictions that were not communicated to us at the time of purchase.

Product Information, Price, and Payment
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date images, details, descriptions, prices, and promotional information, errors and differences may occur. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the electronic display of our meals. twoplus Fertility shall not be held liable for any errors or differences in the images, details, descriptions, prices, and promotional information listed on our webpage.
twoplus Fertility reserves the right to modify or terminate any program or promotion at any time without notice.
Order Policy
It is your responsibility to indicate your dietary requirements and allergens when filling in your order details. twoplus Fertility and our dedicated food vendor will make every effort to cater to your dietary needs. We will not be liable if you fail to indicate these requirements when placing your order.
Refusal of Order
twoplus Fertility reserves the right to withdraw any Products from sale on the site at any time. While we will make our best efforts to process all Orders, there may be exceptional circumstances where we need to refuse to process an Order after an Order Confirmation has been sent by us, at our sole discretion.
If we refuse or cancel your Order for any reason and you have already made payment for your Order, the payment will be reversed or refunded via the same method that payment was originally made. If a reversal is not possible, we will contact you via the provided contact details to determine an agreed refund method.
Order Fulfillment and Price Corrections
twoplus Fertility reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the price listed on our website is incorrect, even after an Order Confirmation has been sent by us.
In the event that we discover an error in the price of any meal plans you have ordered, we will promptly inform you and provide you with two options: a) reconfirm your Order at the correct price, or b) cancel your Order.
Confirmation of Order and Payment Authorization
By confirming your Order for the specific meal plan, you authorize twoplus Fertility to charge the additional amounts to you, if applicable. In the event that twoplus Fertility is unable to contact you regarding your order, we will consider the meal plan order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order for the meal plan, twoplus Fertility will refund the payment in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at that time.
Delivery Policy
You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to receive your meal plans.
Our delivery fees are: Free Delivery. We aim to deliver our meals to the place of delivery specified in your order details during the delivery windows indicated by us in your order confirmation, according to our delivery route.
We will make our best efforts to deliver our meals to you at the proposed delivery time but cannot guarantee that delivery times will be met, especially during adverse weather conditions. To the extent permitted by law, twoplus Fertility shall not be liable to you or any third party for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from late delivery.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Any cancellations for existing meal plan subscriptions must be made before 11:59 p.m. on Wednesdays for the following week's meal plan.
If payment has already been processed, the payment will be reversed or refunded via the same method that payment was originally made. If a reversal is not possible, we will contact you via the provided contact details to determine an agreed refund method.
We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. If the meals are defective or damaged, we only offer replacement meals without refunds.
In the event of receiving defective or damaged meals, please reach out to us at service@twoplusfertility.com within 24 hours of receiving your meals and include a photograph as proof. We will make every effort to replace your meals as soon as possible.
If you do not receive your meals within the specified delivery time frame, please contact us at service@twoplusfertility.com. We will make every effort to fulfill your order within 24 hours of notice.

For any inquiries or requests regarding the deletion or correction of your personal data, such as your name, address, contact details, and dietary requirements, please contact our support team at service@twoplusfertility.com.
