Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Participation Eligibility 

• The “Referrer” must be an existing twoplus customer who has made at least one purchase of any twoplus Fertility Complete for Her/Him product.

• The “Referee” is a new twoplus customer who has not previously purchased any twoplus products.

• This referral program is only applicable to participants residing in Singapore. 

Requirements for an Eligible Referral

• The purchase will be eligible as long as the referee's purchase include at least one twoplus Fertility Complete for Her/Him product.

• The referee must use your unique referral code during checkout.

• 1 eligible referral = 1 referee count to the referrer. 

• An eligible referral is an order made by the referee from 12 December 2025 to 28 February 2026.

Rewards

• For referrers:

• The referrer receives a $15 SGD cashback for each eligible referee.

• Cashbacks will be limited to the last purchase value.

• For referees:

• The referee receives a one-time use 15% discount code for their first twoplus order.

• The 15% discount will only apply to twoplus Fertility Complete for Her/Him product. 

• This discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers and add-ons. 

How will the cashback be credited?

• The S$15.00 cashback will be credited to the original payment account used by the referrer in their most recent Fertility Complete for Her/Him purchase.

• Cashbacks will be initiated at the end of every calendar month and will be credited within 7 - 10 business days after processing.

Details on 2x tickets to Japan Trip Prize

• The Japan Trip includes 2x economy class tickets on ANA flights.

• Qualification for winning 2x tickets to Japan officially ends 28 February 2026.

• The winner will be announced on 02 March 2026 on the campaign page.

• The winner will be contacted via email by 02 March 2026.

• The winner is the referrer with the highest count of eligible referrals.

• If there are two referrers tied for the highest number of eligible referrals, the total order value of referrals will be considered. 

• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers, add-ons, or redeemed for cash.

Prohibited Conduct

• Referrers cannot refer themselves or partners.

• twoplus reserves the right to withhold rewards or disqualify any referrer or referee if fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the campaign is suspected.

twoplus reserves the right to terminate or suspend the referral program at any time without prior notice.
