twoplus Applicator Extra
A single-use, non-sterile device consisting of a Collection Cup, an Applicator and a Soft Tip, intended to transfer semen into the vaginal canal for the purpose of conception. Entered in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG 530370).

Warnings, Contraindications, Restrictions

• Do not use the device for contraceptive use.
• Do not use the device if you are allergic to polypropylene, polycarbonate, and silicone.
• Do not use the device if it is medically unsafe for you to become pregnant.
• Do not use the device if you have a yeast or bacterial infection. Resume use once the infection has completely cleared.
• Do not use the device for more than 1 hour. Failure to remove could result in complications including obstruction of physiological discharge, menstrual flow from the uterus, pain, abrasion/ulceration, and/or infection.
• The device is intended to aid in conception. Pregnancy might involve serious health risks for you and your unborn child. Consult a healthcare professional for potential risks before usage.
• There is no known link between twoplus Applicator Extra and Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). Consult your physician prior to using the device if you have previously been diagnosed with TSS. TSS is a rare but serious disease that can cause death, usually associated with the use of tampons. Remove the Soft Tip and seek medical attention immediately if you experience any of the following symptoms: sudden fever and vomiting, diarrhoea, fainting or near fainting when standing up, dizziness or a rash that looks like a sunburn.
• If lesions, open sores, viral warts or any other abnormalities are noticeable, avoid the use of the device.
• Wash your hands prior to withdrawing semen from the Collection Cup into the Applicator.
• Open the cover of the Collection Cup, the wrapper of the Applicator and the wrapper of the Soft Tip only when you are about to use them. Please open the wrappers carefully.
• Refrain from unnecessarily touching the insides of the Collection Cup and the head of the Soft Tip.
• During ejaculation, hold on to the Collection Cup and make sure the penis head is within the Collection Cup.
• Do not use semen that is spilled.
• Stop pulling the plunger when all semen is withdrawn to prevent air bubbles from forming.
• Do not attempt to eliminate air bubbles in the Applicator as it might lead to semen leakage.
• Be careful not to dislodge the plunger from the barrel of the Applicator as it can lead to semen leakage.
• Please wait for a while for the semen to liquefy further if there is difficulty withdrawing the semen. Do not use semen stored beyond an hour.
• Do not insert the handle of the Applicator into the vagina.
• Hold the handle/barrel of the Applicator when removing it from the vagina. DO NOT pull on the plunger to remove the Applicator.
