What is the 30-day trial?

The 30-day trial is our way of helping you try Fertility Complete supplements with confidence. It gives your body time to adapt and start to feel the benefits of our fertility supplements – because good fertility health takes time. If this doesn’t feel right for you, we’ll refund you for the unopened bottles. Simple as that.

Available for first-time purchases of the 3-month or 6-month pack of Fertility Complete for Him or Her, bought directly from our website from 14 May 2025.

Here’s how it works in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Try the supplements for at least 30 days

Give your body a fair chance to adjust before deciding whether to continue.

Step 2: Initiate a return request

Fill out our online return form within 60 days of your shipping confirmation date. You’ll need:

- Order Number

- Email Address

- A picture of your unopened Fertility Complete bottles*

Our team will respond within 2–5 business days.

Step 3: Receive your refund

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned bottles, we’ll refund you – minus $90 for each opened bottle and a $7.50 return shipping fee – to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Only 3-month and 6-month packs of Fertility Complete for Him and Her supplements purchased directly from our website are eligible for the 30-day trial. All other products are not included in this program.
To be eligible, you must meet the following conditions:
- You purchased Fertility Complete for Him or Her directly from our website.
- This is your first order of the supplement.
- You’ve used the product for at least 30 days.
- Your refund request is made within 60 days of shipping confirmation.
- Any bottles returned must be unused, meaning they are unopened, undamaged and have their plastic wrapper fully intact. To ensure product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of opened or tampered bottles.

To start a return, simply fill out our online return form. Once submitted, our team will review your request within 2-5 business days and guide you through the next steps. The date you submit the form will be used to determine your eligibility, our team’s response time will not affect your return window.

Photo proof helps us verify the condition of the product and process your request quickly and accurately. It also allows us to investigate any issues (like damage or defects) and improve our quality control.
We’re sorry, but we do not accept in-person returns at warehouse. All returns must be arranged through our online form. We’ll guide you through the return process step by step.
Your cashback will be refunded to the original payment method used when you purchased the supplements from our website. You can expect to receive the refund within 7–10 working days after we’ve received and inspected your returned items.

Terms & Conditions

✅ Eligibility Criteria

The 30-day trial applies only to Fertility Complete for Him and Her supplements purchased directly from our official website. Products purchased as part of the Add Accelerator Plan are not eligible for the 30-day trial.
Offer is valid for first-time Fertility Complete supplement purchases only. Repeat orders of the same product are not eligible.
Products purchased during a sale, with promotional discounts, or paid for using Atome are not eligible for the 30-day trial.
You must have used the supplement for at least 30 days before requesting a return.
Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of your shipping confirmation date, which you can find in the email sent to you when your supplements were shipped.
All returned bottles must be unopened, with the plastic wrapper fully intact, to qualify for a refund.
This program is only applicable to customers in Singapore.

💸 Refund Details

Opened bottles will be charged at the standard price of $90 each. A flat fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.
Your refund amount will be calculated as: Amount paid – ($90 × number of opened bottles) – $7.50 return shipping cost.

Example:

✨ If you purchased 3 bottles and opened 1 bottle, your refund would be:

$210 – $90 – $7.50 = $112.50 refunded

✨ If you opened 2 bottles, your refund would be:

$210 – ($90 × 2) – $7.50 = $22.50 refunded

Any unopened bottles that meet the return criteria (unused, undamaged, with plastic wrapper intact) will be included in the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items

📦 Return Process

To initiate a return, you must fill out our online return form. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days with the next steps.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label, and a courier will pick up the package directly from your address. A flat fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost. You won’t need to pay anything upfront.
Please note:
We do not accept returns at our warehouse.
Return requests must be submitted through the online form to be processed.

⚠️ Additional Conditions

Photo proof will be requested to verify the condition of returned items prior to return. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of tampering.
This policy is limited to one-time use per customer and/or household address.
We reserve the right to modify or end this policy at any time.
